Cooking Demo: Baked Garlic Cheese Scallops Ingredients: Frozen half shell scallops (thawed) 2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic (minced) Grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese Chopped parsley & lemon wedges (for garnish) Instructions (Great for Live Demo): Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Thaw scallops under cold water and pat dry. In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Spoon garlic butter over each scallop, then top with grated cheese. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
